Email Newsletter Sign Up
When you sign up for the email newsletter, you are giving us permission to send you email marketing/legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time by simply replying to the email to unsubscribe. Your email address will NEVER be used for any other reason by us or anyone else and will NEVER be sold on, although it will be shared by some third party companies (mailchimp) for the purposes of creating my email newsletter.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchases and we pride ourselves on offering 100% fast, friendly, great customer service. In the unlikely event that you have any problems, please contact us through our contact form and we will do our very best to solve them for you quickly and efficiently.
If you have any questions PLEASE ASK! We are always happy to help in any way we can from giving measurments, to explaining details. We will do whatever we can to make your shopping experience easier.
We accept payment by Credit / Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard & Solo) and also payment from a Paypal account.
We post all our items via Royal Mail post usually within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. This ensures that you do not have to wait any longer for your new purchase than necessary.
Please contact us around 1 week after expected delivery if you have not received your item. This gives it a chance to arrive. We also recommend that you check with your neighbours, local sorting office and post office because if you weren’t in whilst delivery was attempted, your item may have been left there for you to collect. If your item hasn’t arrived after 15 working days it will be considered lost in the post and we will file a claim with Royal Mail and send you a replacement or refund.
We post all our items by Royal Mail Airmail including track and trace/signed for, usually within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment. Royal Mail state it takes up to 7 WORKING DAYS for items to arrive using this method (depending where in the world you are). If your item hasn't arrived after 15 working days then please contact us. Please note all overseas customers are responsible for any customs charges or import taxes applied.
REFUNDS – We offer a no quibble, hassle free returns policy on all items returned within 14 days of receipt of your item . Please just send us a return request via our contact form. You will be provided with a full return address. To help us process your refund quickly, please could you include your Order ID and a brief message.
EXCHANGES – If you would like to exchange your item for a different size please drop us a message through our contact form and we will send you our return address. We just ask that customers cover all return p&p costs - we will cover the postage to send out the replacement to you. Please remember to include your Order ID in with your parcel along with your unworn item.
